happy lunar new year
i know i had lotsa updates but now i've forgotten all about them.
the major concern for most when it comes to CNY is the money. get the angbaos, not enough, gamble. i haven't got much luck this year. won a little from mahjong at home, but lost the winnings plus more at cousin's.
even after i return to singapore, been losing money. boyfriend won my money while playing with L7. zhong & sebas & friends won my money too. after that play mahjong won a little but lost back all in daidee. how suay sia. even for buying 4d, i lost money.
lucky this year i bainian-ed with alex's relatives. those angbaos manage to cover most of my losses.

ahh, right. my valentine's day was so average, just like any other day. we didn't go for any vday dinner cos boyfriend was so last minute. when everyone woulda booked their seats so many weeks in advance, he only tried the day before. but didn't matter. i wouldn't want him to spend money just to feel like it's vday either.
and present, i received a leehwa necklace which i sorta saw him buying. boyfriend took me to PS to collect a dress from my friend the day before. and dumb enough, he wenta the leehwa there to get my present, which is so late minute too. he had wanted it to be a surprise so he asked me to shop around on my own for a little more after i'm done with my friend. and so i did, unfortunately walked past leehwa and saw him and george in there. walked away laughing at him to myself.
he made the order for my birds of paradise a week in advance, the only thing that's not last minute. and know what, the fucken florist didn't prepare the bouquet. ONE WEEK NOT ENOUGH AH?! somemore she was the moron who called to ask if boyfriend wants his regular order so that she could make the order. when it's supposed to be ready by noon on vday, she told boyfriend that she will get it sent to my place. eh hello boyfriend wanted to let me have them the moment i get on his car, not after i get off. nonsense. having already paid, boyfriend could only agree. but around 6pm, he brought me over to the florist, wanting to self-collect. STILL NOT READY WHEN SHE PROMISED IT'LL REACH MY PLACE AT 6PM. eh ahdumb, don't ask to take orders if you cannot make it la. i was so pissed that i asked her to cancel the order and she gave me the dumbest reply "but i specially ordered these for you..." do i give a damn if you cannot meet your customer's expectations? not as if it's your regular $55 rose bouquet, i wouldn't let boyfriend throw $120 at you to fail him. after some persuasion from boyfriend, i was made to wait there for 30 minutes. how major a disappointment.
is it too late?
